Based in Cartagena, Colombia, Dictador is an award-winning producer of fine and rare luxury rums. With a history dating back to 1913, Dictador have achieved the pinnacle of taste, perfected through diligent production and a recipe which is well-guarded by the Parra family, the third generation of master rum blenders. Capitulo I 22 Year Old Port Cask 1998 Vintage | 70cl | 42% ABV Aged for 22 years, only 900 bottles are available of the 1998 Capitulo. The rum enjoyed maturation in port cask wood, imparting notes of vanilla and butterscotch, hints of crème anglaise, and some herbaceous notes. 2 Masters Despagne Merlot Cask 41 Year Old | 70cl | 46.3% ABV Only 381 bottles are available of this prestigious 41 year old rum. Distilled in 1977, the spirit was allowed to mature in Despagne Merlot cask wood. The resulting character is abundant in notes of dark ripe fruit soft sherry-infused maple syrup.
